BIS consists of a dedicated & committed quality management supported by a large work force of more than 1000 employees composed of seniors, qualified engineers, experienced managers, administrators, superintends, supervisors, technicians and highly skilled workers.

Project Management Team:

Professional highly qualified Project Engineers / Managers taking the overall responsibility in handling awarded projects from A to Z covering all the aspects of the signed contracts to ensure targets are met technically and commercially. Their advance role is essential to conduct all activities between clients and BIS.

 Being the direct contact with the clients, following up on their requirements, they are concerned for in keeping customers satisfaction at first priority. 

 BIS project management team believes in building a strong trustworthy partnership with key clients and makes it become a win-win situation.

Engineering Team:

The Design & Engineering Team is the core of the company and has a technical capability & experience of handling conceptual & detailed design for diversified range of steel products, with excellent quality and perfect finishing.
Development and engineering department is equipped with advanced CAE/CAD in-house and externally prepared software such as; X-STEEL, STAAD III, TANKS, COMPRESS, SAB, VULCAN VS VI.

The Design Engineering & Drafting Team is well conversant with most design, material & manufacturing codes:

-      AISC American Institute of Steel Construction

-      ASME American Society of Mechanical Engineers

Manufacturing Team:

The important hallmarks of Bemco Manufacturing Division are customer satisfaction, quality, fast track and safety.
As an expert company in the steel fabrication field, BIS is capable of completing fabrication for several kinds of steel products from high complex steel structures such as high rise buildings, airport terminal buildings, bridges & industrial structures to power generation, oil & gas, special modules, HVAC Dusts…etc.

At BIS, we continually strive to find the latest methods, technologies and machines to ensure the highest level of productivity, quality and delivery. We continually upgrade and invest in new equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Highly qualified skilled fabricators and diversified certified welders to AWS/ ASME standards are carefully employed/trained for all types of steel work. Experienced Engineers, Superintends, Supervisors and Foremen to control all activities from materials receiving till assembly & erection.

Tremendously knowledgeable operators are getting out the best use of their advanced CNC machines.

The exceptional blasters & painters are handling surface treatment activities as per the international norms.

To ensure our products are reaching sites in good condition, A professional packing & loading team is assigned to carefully deliver our goods. Our Erection Team is constituted of skilled technicians, experienced foremen, and highly qualified engineers; backed up by our own cranes, forklifts, excavators hydraulic man lifts, bobcats trucks and trailers, in order to ensure a comprehensive erection.

Bemco Steel Industries Manufacturing division is committed to work within strict scheduling and budgetary constraints on signed contracts to ensure the customer requirements & projects schedule are met exceeding by that their expectations most of the time.
In addition, Bemco Steel Industries recently become an approved Saudi Aramco vendor for fabrication of Structure Steel, Tanks, Pressure Vessels & Pipe Spools. An investment in fabrication facilities is planned to increase the output, covering a wider range of products serving projects especially in Oil & Gas field.  

QA/QC Team:

BSI has a QA/QC Team of highly competent  members continuously striving for excellence in the international quality standards and services that includes but not limited to:

·         Welding Inspectors qualified as CSWIP 3.1 issued by TWI UK for day to day welding Inspection activities

·         Certified Piping Inspectors with API 570 Certificates issued by American Petroleum Institute for technical supports.

·         A team of NDT Level II(VT, PT, MT, UT & UT-L) Personnel with In-house NDT System as per ANSI/ASNT CP-189 for inspection and verification of integrity of the product.

·         QA/QC team has established and maintained Welding Control System with Welders Qualified as per ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6 & AWS D1.4 and In-House Calibration/Validation System of Welding Machine as per BS EN 50504.As a mark of striving excellence in global market QA/QC team has established Quality System and attained certificates of ISO 9001:2008, ASME U, PP & S, NBIC R and NB Certificates.
